Years ago, Mayra introduced Karina to this beloved Mexican dessert, and it quickly became one of their favorite treats to share. Over time, Carlotta came to represent friendship, comfort, celebration, and the simple joy of gathering around something sweet.
When it came time to name the restaurant, the choice felt natural. Carlotta captured the memories, connection, and warmth that inspired the business from the very beginning.
Today, the name serves as a reminder of the friendship that started it all and the welcoming experience we hope every guest enjoys when they visit us.
